Herald gets a nice fast flying mount and in addition a nice locust skill that can potentially cause unlimited damage (with cooldown) and is easy to place well, thanks to the flying mount. While hiding a ground unit, just one lv. 16 herald can potentially defeat any army with enough patience (minus some tseench or lot's of flyers maybe).
